The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address or the U.S. Territories (due to carrier restrictions). You will be alerted to this at Checkout when you select your shipping method. Items shipped directly by a third party are not available for delivery to a P.O./APO/FPO Box, U.S. Territories, Alaska or Hawaii. Bottomless Bowl & More orders cannot be expedited.
If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.

Installation Instructions
- Open up the gate and place in the entranceway ensuring that is the correct size. Mark the positions of the eye screws in the opening of the entrance, with the lower eye screws being 4" above the floor and the upper eye screws being 20" above the floor.
- The short eye screws are to be used for wood or metal openings. The long eye screws are to be used for drywall or plaster openings. When installing the eye screws, make sure they anchor firmly into the wall. Also make sure the long eye screws don't extend more than 3/4 of an inch out. Any unused hardware may be at your disposal.
- Using the carriage bolts and nuts, connect the two gate sections.
- Position gate in opening.
- Attach the spring loaded latches to the eye screws.
- On opposite side lift gate and insert hook in the lower eye screw then attach spring loaded eye latch to the top eye screw.
- To keep center panels from moving, secure the safety strap.
- To open, unlock the spring-loaded latch, lift gate, and swing out.
- Gate can easily be removed by unlocking all spring loaded latches.

- Gate recommended for children between the ages of six to 24 months.
- Do not use with child able to climb or open a gate.
- Do not place at top of stairs.
- Follow installation instructions.
